I think Adobe is leaning so hard into using AI in their products because Adobe uses AI and machine learning technology to mine data, deliver insights, streamline cross-team content workflows, and design end-to-end journeys based on customer behaviors and engagement preferences.

One of the criticisms of Generative AI is that the results aren’t consistent. In part, results vary because of differences in how AI systems are trained, but it’s also because AI is always learning. Typing the same prompt into an AI system multiple times will result in different results each time.
